The Law introduces the amendments to
the National Program on reformation and Development of Housing and Public
Utility Authority for the Years 2004-2010 that was approved on the 24th
of June 2004.
The Law envisages that the aim of the Program is in the defining of the principles of the realization of the state policy concerning the reformation of the Housing and Public Utility Complex, taking measures in order to increase the efficiency o\and safety of its functioning, provision of the stable development for the needs of the population and economic complex in housing and public utility services correspondingly to the determined norms and national standards.
The corresponding Bill is registered under № 2399.
